What this form is for
This page does not take bets, hold money or open accounts. It exists for one purpose: to let you talk to the people who run this review site. Nothing you write here goes to Emu, the casino operator, or any third party. The message lands in the inbox of the editorial team that publishes the reviews and ratings on this website.
That separation matters. When you write to us, you are not contacting customer support for a casino. We cannot resolve a dispute with Emu, speed up a withdrawal or change a wagering condition. What we can do is read what you send, use it to improve the site and, where a complaint raises a real concern, look again at the way Emu is presented in our review.
How your message is used
Feedback about the website itself drives the editorial process. If a review contains an error, a broken fact or a rating that does not match your experience, that is the kind of information we act on. Corrections are checked against the casino’s published terms and, where the facts support the change, the review is amended. If the evidence does not support the change, the message still gets read and logged, even when the outcome differs from what the sender hoped for.
Messages are treated as confidential. We do not publish your name, your email address or the content of your message on the site, and we do not pass it on to Emu or to any other party. We keep the information only as long as necessary to respond and to track the issue you raised.
Writing a useful message
A message that gets a useful answer names the specific page or review it refers to. Say which casino you are writing about, which review you read and what you believe is wrong or missing. If the issue is a factual claim, quote the line from the review and, where you can, point to the casino’s own terms that contradict it. If the issue is your personal experience, set out the steps you took in order — deposit, play, request, outcome.
Include your own email address so we can reply to you. Without a return address, we cannot respond at all. Messages that name a page, state the problem and give a way to reach the sender are the ones that lead to a change. Vague notes — “your site is wrong” or “Emu is a scam” — leave us with nothing to verify and therefore nothing to correct.
What we will not do
We will not mediate between you and the casino, and we will not act as a complaints body. If you have a dispute about a withheld payout, a closed account or a refused bonus, the correct route is the casino’s own support process, followed by the regulator that holds the operator’s licence. We will never name a regulator or a licence number here because the licensing details change and the responsibility for verifying them sits with the operator, not with this site.
If you are concerned about your own gambling, the right move is to use the self-exclusion tools that Emu offers and to contact a gambling-help organisation in your state or territory. Those services are free, confidential and staffed by people trained to help. This form is not that service, and it should not be used as one.
